Does it work in a basement with no signal?

Yes. Every note, rating and photo saves to the phone first and syncs on its own when you're back online. AI drafts are written once the phone has signal again.

Will the AI make things up?

AI drafts only from what you said or photographed. Each draft stays marked as an AI draft until you edit or approve it, and nothing reaches your client before that.

Can I bring my Spectora templates and contacts?

Yes. Export your templates as a spreadsheet or JSON file and your agents and clients as CSV files, then import them into Raftmark. Our switching guide walks through each step.

Do my clients need an account to read the report?

No. Clients and agents open a private link on any phone or computer. They can download a PDF from the same page.

What devices does it run on?

iPhone, iPad and any modern web browser. Your reports stay in sync across all of them.

What happens to my clients' information?

It stays yours. We never sell it, never share it for marketing and never market to your clients. That promise is written into our terms.

Can I leave if it isn't for me?

Yes. Cancel or pause from Settings with no phone call. You can export everything first: CSV and JSON files, photos and report PDFs in one zip.
